Intruity Corporation

A platform that shipped without a name.

Naming and logo design for OneLink, plus design support on the Intruity website.

The Intruity Corporation website, with the OneLink introduction video in the hero

intruity.com The platform sits alongside RIPPLE and the predictive dialer in Intruity's product line, so the name had to hold its own next to two siblings.

The situation

Intruity Corporation sells CRM, VoIP telephone, and call automation to businesses. The product that ties those together, one place to manage clients, leads, marketing, and calls, was built and working. It did not have a name, and it did not have a mark.

That is a harder problem than it sounds. The name has to survive being said on a sales call, sit in a product lineup next to RIPPLE and the predictive dialer without sounding like a different company made it, and still be available.

Our part

Name it, mark it, then help the site carry it.

Naming

OneLink. The product's whole argument is that the client, the lead, the campaign, and the call stop living in four systems. The name says that before anyone reads a feature list.

Logo design

A mark for OneLink built to work at the size a product card actually renders at, and to sit beside the Intruity corporate mark rather than compete with it.

Website support

Design support on intruity.com, so the naming and the mark landed on the live site the way they were drawn instead of being approximated in a template.

Why it matters

Naming is product work.

A name is the first feature

It is what a prospect repeats to a colleague when nobody is in the room to explain the product. Getting it wrong costs a sentence of explanation on every call, forever.

It has to survive the lineup

A product name is never judged alone. It is judged next to the other things the company sells, and it either makes the line look deliberate or makes it look assembled.

Design should reach the live site

Identity work that stops at a handoff file gets diluted in implementation. Staying on through the website is how the mark ends up looking like the mark.

Outcome

OneLink shipped with a name, a mark, and a place in Intruity's product lineup. It is live at intruity.com alongside RIPPLE and the predictive dialer.
