A property that needed listing photographs in four days.
Aerial and interior captured in one visit, and a single property site live before the listing went to market.
The broker had a signed listing agreement and a marketing deadline four days out. The property needed aerials showing the parcel and access, interiors showing the build out, and somewhere to put both.
The alternative was booking a drone operator and a separate interior photographer on separate days, then waiting on a marketing team to assemble a PDF.
Three disciplines, one engagement.
Aerial
Airspace checked against the address before the date was confirmed, then flown under Part 107. Parcel boundaries, parking, access, and the surrounding corridor.
Property photography
Interiors and ground level exteriors in the same visit, matched in treatment to the aerial so the set reads as one shoot.
Listing site
A single property site with the photography, the specs, and a contact path, live before the listing went to market.
One visit produced the full listing package. The broker had a live property site and a complete image set inside the deadline, rather than coordinating two vendors and assembling the result themselves.
